RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of our goods that are unused and in brand new condition with the original packaging intact within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets these criteria, please contact our team at hello@bushstorage.com to organise the return. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds on returns will be given only on the purchase price (shipping and handling are non-refundable).

THE RETURN PROCESS

Contact hello@bushstorage.com, with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once Bush Storage has confirmed the return request, we will advise you to ship the item packed in the original packaging to our Auckland based workshop along with a copy of the proof of purchase and/or the original packing slip.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returned item and if approved Bush Storage will explore suitable options. Return options include replacement, repair or refund. When a refund is due this will be issued to the original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your bank statement once we approve the product return.
